1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you create and manage a HealthID account, including your name, contact details, profile photo, account credentials, wristband order or fulfilment information, emergency contacts, and the health information you choose to enter into your profile.
2. How we use your information
We use information to operate your account, maintain your HealthID profile, prepare and link your wristband after payment, provide customer support, fulfil pickup or delivery arrangements, improve service reliability, and protect the security of the platform.
We do not use your medical information to provide a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
3. Your emergency profile
You control which supported profile details are made visible on your emergency profile. Information you do not choose for emergency visibility should remain within the authenticated member area.
Your emergency profile is intended to help a person assisting you quickly view the information you selected. It is not a replacement for official medical records or professional clinical assessment.
4. When information may be shared
We do not sell member health information. Information may be processed or disclosed when needed to operate the service, fulfil a member request, comply with applicable law, protect users or the service, or with the member’s consent.
Information deliberately made visible on an emergency profile can be viewed by a person who accesses that emergency profile.
5. Security
HealthID uses technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also protect their passwords and account access.
Profile photos
When a member successfully replaces a profile photo, the prior member-uploaded profile image is removed from active storage where the system supports that replacement workflow.
6. Data retention
We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate records. Information may be removed or anonymised when it is no longer required.
7. Your choices and responsibilities
