HealthID Terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain the conditions for creating and using a HealthID account, emergency profile, and HealthID wristband service.

Last updated: August 2026
By creating an account or using HealthID, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. HealthID is operated as a product of Antroventra.

1Purpose of HealthID

HealthID is an emergency identification support service that allows a member to maintain selected personal, emergency contact, and health information and make chosen information available through the member’s emergency profile.

HealthID is not a medical provider. The service does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, verify every medical statement entered by a member, or replace professional medical care, emergency services, or official medical records.

2Member accounts

Members are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of their password, and keeping their emergency information current. You must not use another person’s account without authorisation.

3Information you provide

You are responsible for the information you enter into your account, including medical conditions, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, profile photos, and other details. Do not enter information you do not have the right to provide.

Where the service labels information as self-reported, that information should not be interpreted as independently verified by HealthID or Antroventra.

4Emergency profile visibility

You are responsible for choosing the supported information you want visible on your emergency profile. Information made visible there may be viewed by a person who accesses that profile.

Because emergency access can occur in unpredictable circumstances, HealthID cannot guarantee who will access an emergency profile once it is made available.

5Wristband preparation and fulfilment

After a member completes the required profile and payment process, HealthID staff may prepare, link, activate, test, and fulfil the member’s wristband for pickup or delivery according to the available service options.

Members are not responsible for technical wristband setup. Members should promptly report a lost, damaged, or incorrectly linked wristband.

6Payments, pickup, and delivery

Prices, payment methods, pickup options, delivery charges, and fulfilment timelines may be displayed or communicated during the order process. An order may remain pending until payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary based on location and third-party delivery services.

7Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another member’s private account.
  • Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Do not upload malicious code or unlawful content.
  • Do not use HealthID to impersonate another person or provide deliberately deceptive emergency information.

8Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, or events outside our control. Members should not rely on HealthID as their only source of emergency identification or medical information.

9Privacy

Use of personal and health information is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Members should review that policy before entering sensitive information.

10Changes to the service or terms

We may update HealthID features, operational processes, or these terms as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date or otherwise notifying members where appropriate.

11Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@antroventra.com or through our Contact Us page.

Before commercial launch, these Terms of Use should be reviewed by a qualified Jamaican attorney, especially because the service handles sensitive health information and physical wristband fulfilment.
